troodschasmillretouch1My great passion in life is animals, especially horses. I have always needed to be close to them and have ridden them all my life. As an artist it was natural that I should endeavour to capture their spirit through painting.

I work mainly from a combination of life studies and my own photography and hold painting classes throughout the year at various locations in West Sussex, for painters of all levels of expertise.

STOP PRESS: A very successful evening at Wildwood Golf and Country Club in aid of The Racehorse Sanctuary on Saturday 1st November.

This event raises thousands of pounds which goes to the rehabilitation and re-homing of ex-racehorses.

I was very pleased to support it both with the sale of my art and a donation of a painting day which raised £500.
